When it comes to making lasting changes, your mindset is as important as the information received by your oncologist. Together we work on you!  

Our tailored 1:1 sessions will help you re-find your improved self, at a pace that works for you.  During each session we will review the actions and achievements from the last session and look at general progress made. We also look at your general position concerning your goal and may alter this when and where needed. 

We start with an initial consultation, either online or over the phone. This gives us the opportunity to talk about your current situation, what you would like to achieve, and it gives you the opportunity to ask me questions and to find out how I can help you.  

The fee for our tailored 1:1 sessions are £50 per session, a better investment than a hot stone massage!

ReBalance

A bespoke, proven 6-week remission program, focusing on anxiety and stress management, mental well-being, re-balancing, and re-finding yourself. 

This program is perfect for those who want help improving their mental well-being, after having achieved remission. We focus on current issues and worries, whilst working towards specific goals.

The full fee for the 6 weeks is £360 which can be paid via Stripe. You will be given access to a private portal, which will hold all your documents, recorded sessions, receipts, etc.

Walk with us

Coaching while exercising - this extremely beneficial way of coaching,  leaves the mind free to focus on the here and now, while the body is engaged in gentle exercise. 

Either face-to-face (for those located close to the clinic), or via telephone, we will walk together during our coaching sessions. The physical act of walking will help with the flow of communication, and moving forward will inspire you to take action and improve your mental well being.
