What is a mindset coach?

A mindset coach focuses on a client's exisiting beliefs and patterns of thinking. 

I work with you to help you recognize, realize, question, and revise persistent patterns of believe. By doing this I will help you get past your beliefs that keep you from moving forward. At the same time I will give you tools to minimise anxiety, and help you create a calm center. 

What happens during a coaching session?

This depends on the course you choose. 

Our 1:1 session are tailored around you, and each session is built upon the previous coaching session, ensuring we work at a pace set by yourself. During each session we will review the actions and achievements from the last session and look at general progress made. We also look at your general position concerning your goal and may alter this when and where needed. 

If we are working together on a set course, we will focus on anxiety and stress management, mental well-being, re-balancing, and re-finding yourself.

Each of our sessions together will lead to a clear path and outcome. 

How do I know if you are the coach for me?

We offer a complementary discovery call during which you can ask lots of questions, so you can get the security and comfort you need in order to make a decision. 

How long are the coaching sessions?

Sessions are roughly 1 - 1.5 hours long, this can differ slightly and can be altered where needed. We host virtual and f2f sessions, you can be coached from the comfort of your own home, hospital, or any other location. 

What are your fees?

Our hourly 1:1 sessions are charged at £50 per session. Each session is tailored around your needs, and a voice recording from our session together will be provided.
